Casa 212 Laundry Regulations
- The use of the laundry is allowed only for the personal clothes of the guests.
- It is not allowed to wash excess clothes or garments that could damage the machines (such as metal objects, shoes with hard soles, etc.).
- The laundry will be available from 3:30pm to 8:00pm.
- Do not exceed the capacity of the machines.
- If you need to wash large quantities of clothes, we suggest doing several loads.
- Guests must bring their own washing products, such as detergent, fabric softener and other laundry care additives.
- Perhaps Homes is not responsible for garments lost, damaged or poorly treated during the washing process.
- We recommend that you follow the instructions for using the machines and take care of your personal belongings.
- Please keep the laundry area clean and tidy. Clean surfaces after using the machines.
- Be sure to remove your clothes from the machines as soon as the washing or drying cycle ends to allow other guests to use them.
Cancellation policies
If you need to cancel your reservation, you can do so up to 2 days in advance to receive a refund of 50% of the total amount paid. Cancellations made after this deadline will not be refunded.
Reservation policies
If you stay 6 nights or more, you will receive free cleaning during your stay. This cleaning will include the change of sheets, towels and a general cleaning of the property.
Additional Services
- Additional Cleaning: For a cost of $290 MXN, it includes the change of sheets, towels and general cleaning of the Loft to ensure that your stay is as comfortable as possible.
- Parking: The parking service has an additional cost of $100 MXN per day, for your convenience and safety.
- Extra Bed: If you need an extra bed, we offer a single mattress for a cost of $150 MXN.
- Change of Whites: The service of changing sheets and towels has an additional cost of $100 MXN.
