" The home was just as pictured and had everything we needed. The area is secure, and we walked everywhere with our family of four. Additionally, the hot water was instant and plentiful for showers and washing dishes. The only thing to note is because it is near the Zocalo, there is some noise from traffic. However, the home is lovely and we enjoyed being near restaurants and shops while in Puebla. We felt very safe in this area, and the neighbors who live there were all lovely and quiet. "

If you decide to cancel your reservation at least 2 days in advance, you will receive a refund of 50% of the total amount paid. If the cancellation is made after that deadline, no refund will be given.

If you stay 6 nights or more, you will receive free cleaning during your stay. This cleaning will include the change of sheets, towels and a general cleaning of the property.

- Parking: The parking service has an additional cost of $100 MXN per day, for your convenience and safety.
