" "We had a lovely time. The apartment is nice, clean, safe and in a nice neighborhood. Reliable wifi. Communication with the team was excellent. I put 5 stars to ""value for money"" since the team showed great flexibility when I contacted them. A few essentials were missing when we arrived (kitchen towels, bathroom mats, sponges, dish soap, trashbags...) but everything was provided right away when we asked. We had a few (minor) issues with the shower head, the balcony door lock which was broken and a faulty microwave, and every time the team took care of the issues right away :), The only reason I didn't extend was because I didn't have the necessary budget anymore, otherwise the flat is highly recommended. Ah and the neighbors could be a bit more mindful of others. I could often hear their loud TV and it prevented me from resting well many times... :( but to be fair, I'm quite sensitive to noise. The team really wants you to have a nice stay, so we felt in good hands. Thanks!" "

" El lugar está como en fotografías. El departamento no tiene clima, cuenta con un abanico. En la fecha que fui, mediados de marzo, el clima fue excelente. Considerar en verano o invierno este dato, La zona de día es tranquila, por la noche un poco solo, Restaurantes, cafés y un par de bares cereca, Vigilancia las 24 hrs en el edificio. Excelente servicio para ingresar y salir del edificio, Muy recomendado para 4 personas. "

" First, the apartment is modern, comfortable and well equipped. Entrance is on the ground floor/garage level and has manned 24/7 security - usually by camera and remote door release after you've checked in. It is in a quiet residential area just a half block off of a main street that has a variety of restaurants close by. It is on the second floor (elevator!) and the master bedroom and living room have sliding glass doors opening onto a balcony facing east. There are black-out shades for sleeping. The 7th floor is a roof deck with great views of the city. Both bedrooms have a double bed and plenty of storage. Bathrooms are modern with spacious showers. The kitchen has a full size refrigerator/freezer and four burner gas cook-top, microwave and blender. I'm a frequent visitor to Puebla over the past ten years, usually for two weeks, and this is my first time to stay in Huexotitla so I used Uber to get around more but at $3 to $4USD a ride, I still saved a bunch. Highly recommended! "

" Fue mucho mejor de lo que esperaba, desde la atención de Rocio, hasta se los vigilantes y que cambiaban en cada turno. Departamentos nuevos, con seguridad e una zona completamente privada. Los mejores restaurantes cerca. No hay duda que vale cada peso y hasta debiendo jaja. Gracias por todo y espero regresar pronto!! "

" We stayed at Fernando's apartment for 2,5 weeks. The internet was fast and stable which was very important to us. The apartment itself was amazing. The building is completely new and we were one of the first guests. It looks even better than the pictures, it's super modern and has a great location, 30min walking distance from the city center and right around the corner are lots of bars and restaurants. The neighborhood is very safe and it's a great place to live. There is also a rooftop terrace where we drank our coffee each morning with beautiful views over the city and the volcanoes. Finally, Fernando is the best host ever. He answered all the questions quickly and when I asked for a hairdryer, he kindly organized it for me. Besides that he introduced us to the other people that are staying at the building and even organized a get together at the rooftop. We had the best experience. Thank you for everything! "

" Excelente comunicación con el anfitrión, el alojamiento se encuentra muy bien ubicado cerca al zócalo si te gusta caminar puedes llegar en 15 minutos aproximadamente, a menos de una cuadra hay restaurantes muy buenos, el personal de vigilancia muy atento y educado, el anfitrión cumple con todo lo ofrecido en el anuncio y el alojamiento es una excelente opción para los interesados. "
